Bernadette is an awesome personal trainer. She motivated me to get into the habit of exercising and and feeling good about myself.
I really like the fact that she takes the time to give me exactly what is suited for ymy body and helps me improve and I can clearly see the effects after a few months.
She usually stays with me overtime if our schedules allow it and makes sure the session ends properly.
She seems to truly care about her clients and I feel she takes the time to prepare for each session in advance.

Bernadette is truly an outstanding trainer and person. I have been her client since 2011 and I can't say enough good things about my experience. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive in helping her clients meet their fitness goals. Very professional and conscientious. I feel so lucky to have found her!

If you are looking for a trainer that will give you her all, then Bernadette is for you. She teaches you the correct way of doing the exercises to get the most benefit. The encouragement that she gives makes me think and feel I am the most important client to her .....although all her clients are important. Bernadette is highly knowledgable with regards to the body and all different types of exercises to achieve the results you are looking for. She is a professional of great integrity, honesty and credibility in the fitness community. I would highly recommend Bernadette to anyone considering a personal trainer. Not only will you get the results that you want she is a pleasure to work with.

Very positive and motivating, no negativity. Really knows her stuff, she modifies exercises to the ability and level of the individual, and progresses the exercise over time as you improve. Incorporates stretching into her routine to prevent injury, encourages cardio and health diet outside of class with supportive reading that she provides. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent personal trainer, Bernadette understands how to best increase balance, strength and flexibility. Her extensive training is evident in developing personal training sessions that have improved my overall health. I look forward to each session with her and know that I will have positive results every time.
