Don't be a precontemplater! Don't wait for some major event to occur in your life to wake you up. Take care of your body NOW! Quit smoking, drinking excessively, eating poorly [ and for the wrong reasons], & get up off of your butt and exercise!
If you do this, you'll lower your risk of getting chronic diseases, heart attack, and even death. Don't think because you feel fine now that it wont catch up! Take care of your body and adapt to a healthier lifestyle now to avoid sickness, medications, and trips to the hospital.
You don't have to only dread on all of the horrific things that can happen to you if you don't change your lifestyle. As these terrible things are very real and anyone who smokes, drinks excessively, has a diet filled with fast food, junk food, sugary drinks, and doesn't exercise are are at a higher risk for the chronic conditions previously mentioned.

* Think of how much better you will feel!
* Think of the energy you will have!
* Think of how much happier you will be!
* Thing of the years ahead! The years you will add on to your life!
So as there are some pretty scary facts pertaining to living an unhealthy lifestyle, you can focus on the positive and feel inspired and in control!
